About Skyline
Skyline Plastic Systems, Inc. was established in 1990 as an injection mold and tooling builder. In 1997, Skyline constructed our 12,000-square-foot facility and started our molding division in Mills River, North Carolina. In 2022, an additional 6,000-square-foot warehouse was built.
We are a full-service custom injection molding company that serves the automotive, electronics, HVAC, education services, and outdoor recreation and sports industries.
Skyline Plastic can assist you with product design, material selection, prototype tooling, and production. Our in-house tooling capabilities allow us to maintain, refurbish, and make timely engineering changes. This can save the customer shipping costs and time without third-party involvement.

““Centering on Children began working with Skyline Plastics towards the end of 2010. The prospect of having our own “shoebox” lids and bases manufactured was a big move for us, both in a financial and design sense. These lids and bases were a crucial component for the activities we produced for young students on the autism spectrum.
